Day 1 - Ho Chi Minh City arrival
Upon your arrival, warmly welcomed by your local guide and transferred to the city and to your hotel. The room is at disposal at 2.00pm. The balance of day is free at your leisure. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

 

Day 2 - Cu Chi Tunnels - Ho Chi Minh City Sightseeing (B)
After breakfast, depart for Cu Chi where you will visit the amazing tunnel network built by Vietnamese fighters during the American War. Return to Saigon in the late morning. After lunch break (your expense), we will set out to visit the former French colonial capital – Ho Chi Minh City or also called as Saigon by many locals. Main historical sites include Old Saigon Post Office, Notre Dame Cathedral, Opera House. Round off your day at famous Ben Thanh market where you can look at something for souvenirs. The evening is free at leisure. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

 

Day 3 - Ho Chi Minh City – Cai Lay – Can Tho (B,L)
We leave Ho Chi Minh City this morning to Cai Lay (93km - 2.5 hours driving). The activity starts with beautiful and typical landscapes as lush rice paddies and fruit farms emerging alongside the highway. Upon arrival, board a charming wooden boat to enjoy countryside scenery and river life. Then hop on a bicycle for a short ride of about 7km (over easy, level terrain) along narrow village lanes, past fruit orchards and local cottage industries. Arrive at the home of a tropical fruit farmer and have a walk around the orchard. Enjoy the opportunity to taste fresh fruits. Then relax while enjoying the view from a small sampan boat as you are paddled slowly along tropical canals. Upon completion of this itinerary, a short walk takes you back to the car and transfer to Can Tho for check-in your hotel. Dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

 

Day 4 - Can Tho Sightseeing - Ho Chi Minh City - Hue (B,L)
Transfer to Ninh Kieu Quay where you will board onto a traditional local boat for a cruise to the lively, colorful floating markets of Cai Rang. You will be surprised by the huge variety of products sold at the market, from the well-known fruits like mangos and bananas, to the most exotic ones like mangosteens, star apples, or the sweetened longans and the very odorous durians. Once satisfied with the fruity flavors of the market, you will then enter the labyrinth of the channels and streams surrounding Can Tho, and from the boat you can observe resident daily life on the river, even see children swimming. Arrival at Ninh Kieu, Can Tho in the late morning. Then, start a bike ride through small roads of local villages. Discover the lives of local, visit a primary school, rice fields, local house with lush fruit orchard. Taking a small ferry to get back to the bank of Ba Lang river. After lunch at a nice local, transfer directly to Ho Chi Minh City Airport. Take an evening flight to Hue city - a UNESCO Heritage Site of Centre Vietnam. Welcome by local guide and transfer to your hotel for check in. Dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

 

Day 5 - Hue sightseeing (B,L)
This morning, take a tour of the citadel city and enjoy the refined and distinct atmosphere of the town and visit the Imperial Citadel. Take a leisure boat riding along Perfume River to visit the Thien Mu Pagoda. In the afternoon, continue visiting the Minh Mang and Tu Duc Mausoleum - two of the most beautiful tombs of Nguyen Reign. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

 

Day 6 - Hue surrounding (B,L)
Today we will travel out of the city to explore its beautiful and peaceful outskirt. Take a land transfer to the direction of Phuoc Tich – a 500 years old village which has been known for its dozen of wooden houses beautifully decorated with flowers and bonsai gardens or lush orchards. Overcoming the challenge of time, these old houses of the village are almost intact until this moment. Besides that, Phuoc Tich village is also captivating tourists with its traditional handicraft of producing ceramics over last 500 years. Back to Hue city in the late morning for lunch break. After a short rest, keep on our journey to Thuy Bieu Village where we will start riding on a bicycle passing through small dirt trails. There are opportunities to admire the quiet and superb landscape of Hue: rice field, fruit tree and vegetable gardens, communal house, primary school and a valley of cemetery. Along the cycling route, visit a homemade incense production household and discover the life of the farmers while they are working strenuously with joys and enthusiasm. Back to the hotel in the late afternoon. Free dinner and overnight at the hotel.

 

Day 7 - Hue - Danang - Cham Museum - Hoi An (B)
Departure for Hoi An via the scenic Hai Van mountain pass with beautiful panoramic views looking out over the central coastline. After a peaceful stop at the white sandy beach of Lang Co we continue on to Da Nang to visit the Cham Museum. It is home of the largest collection of sculptures and relics from the Cham civilization once known as the Khmer civilization. In the afternoon, we arrive in Hoi An, another UNESCO World Heritage site and check in at the hotel. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

 

Day 8 - Hoi An Town (B)
Take a stroll to visit Hoi An town, recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage site because of its unusually well-preserved ancient streets and homes. Set out to explore the quaint cobblestone streets of the town with the more than two-century-old Chinese houses. Sites include the Japanese Bridge, the Chinese Temple, and Phung Hung Chinese-trading house. Spend the balance of day free at leisure. Meals on your own and overnight at the hotel.

 

Day 9 - Surrounding of Hoi An Town (B,L)
After breakfast, we depart the hotel for a discovery around Hoi An. Embark for a boat ride to the mouth of Thu Bon river to enjoy the daily activities of fishers such as throwing fishing net and trading their products. Your boat then continues cruising for about half an hour to a fishing village. Changing to smaller bamboo boat (a coracle) to discover a distinctive mangrove forest. Under the blurry sunlight inside the forest, you might feel a mysterious atmosphere covering this whole area. This excursion also gives you a chance to admire skilful fishermen who are working in the forest. Back to the main land in mid-morning where you will hop on your bike for cycling through the countryside to Tra Que village (about 20 minutes biking). This village has been known for its special aromatic herbs, mint and basil; leaves of those plants are smaller than usual, however they have a very particular aroma. Together with local people in their daily work, you will learn how to plant and water vegetables. Then learn to cook some local specialities, for example “Tam Huu” – set of shrimps, pork and aromatic herbs. Of course you will get the opportunity to enjoy your creations after cooking. Return to your hotel in the middle afternoon and spend the time free at leisure. Free dinner. Overnight at the hotel.

 

Day 10 - Hoi An - Danang - Hanoi Sightseeing (B)
Depart Hoi An for a morning flight from Danang Airport to Hanoi. Welcome by local guide on arrival and take a transfer to city centre for exploring the city. Tour to the thousand-year-old Temple of Literature to have a glimpse at this Vietnam’s first university. Then, explore the diversified architecture of Hanoi and its famous 36 streets of Old Quarter by a combined tour between walking and taking a cyclo ride. After walking around Hoan Kiem Lake – a symbol of the Hanoi city, enjoy a performance of traditional water puppet show. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

 

Day 11 - Hanoi - Duong Lam Village - Mai Chau Valley (B,L,D)
In the morning, we depart to the west for the 60km-away Duong Lam village – about 2hours driving. Upon arrival, take a bike ride to visit local houses, communal house dated back to 17th century – the riding will give you an impression of coming back to the ancient times. Meet with local villagers and visit a workshop for self-made soya sauce. Lunch at a local house. In the afternoon, leave on a picturesque road through mountains and valleys to Mai Chau town, a journey of about 3 hours. Mai Chau is located in a beautiful valley, and it has been populated by the White Thai tribe for several centuries. The Thais are known for their harmonious community life and many lovely age-old traditions. They live on stilt houses, close to rice fields and streams. Arrive at your home-stay (a local traditional house on stilt) in Mai Chau in the late afternoon. After freshen up, enjoy welcome dinner and a performance by locals of ethnic minority Muong and Thai people. Overnight at in a Thai traditional house on stilts.

 

Day 12 - Mai Chau Valley (B,L,D)
In the morning, enjoy your breakfast at the home-stay place. We then start our morning by a biking trip around the village and area. This is a good opportunity to take all nice photos of buffalos and local people working on the fields. Return to the home-stay place for lunch break. After a short rest, be transferred from the home-stay place to Cun Pheo Village where you will start a light trekking. Cun Pheo village is home of Muong People and about 7km away from the home-stay place. Pay a visit to Cun Pheo village and follow the big trail to Van village of Thai people then you will go through the village, passing rice fields, and trek on the hillside back to the home stay. Dinner and overnight in the local house.

 

Day 13 - Mai Chau - Hanoi (B)
After breakfast, spend more time for visiting around the village. In the middle morning, transfer back to Hanoi on a picturesque road through mountains and valleys a journey of about 4 hours. Check in your hotel and enjoy your last night in Hanoi. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

 

Day 14 - Hanoi Departure (B)
Spend your time for last exploring charming and historcial Hanoi as you wish. Transfer to airport for your onward flight. Room in Hanoi is at disposal until noon time. Meals on your own. Service ends.

1. What should I do if I want to book a tour but cannot pay immediately?

When watching tour on the websites, if you want to book a tour but cannot pay immediately, you can definitely book that tour in advance. We would record the tour on our system. Then we will contact you via email to discuss payment issues. And you need to pay in advance 30% of the invoice value to ensure that you will use our service.

2. How do I know that my booking is confirmed?

After you have booked our tour, there will be an automatic email sent to your email which you used to book your tour. It is a confirmation of our company to notify that the booking process have been successfully stored. Within 2 working days, our representative will make a conversation with you via email or telephone call. The itinerary along with detailed information about your tour will be specified during this process.

3. What if I have special requirements for the tour?

In our online booking form, there would be a blank box which is offered to the visitor, who has special needs. It so called Special Requirements. By filling this blank, you will be ensured that our company would try our best to make you the most comfortable days without worrying anything.

10. Can I make a reservation for my friends or my family members?

Yes, you can. If you are a person who pays for and participates in the tour, you won’t need to worry about this. In case you want to make a reservation for your friends or family members, you should follow our instruction. In other words, this means you pay for it but you don’t come along with the tour. In that case, we offer you a blank space which is “Customer information”. That is the name of a person who pays for the tour. Right below that space, there is “How can we contact you in Vietnam”. Please fill in the blank with any person that you intend to book a tour for.
After completing the payment procedure online, you will receive an email in which a form is attached. Then, you fill in the form with the personal information of your friends or family members. After that, we can acknowledge all the necessary information.
