Day 1 - Arrive in Luang Prabang 

Arrive and be met at Luang Prabang Airport. Check in to the hotel where the room is at your disposal from 13.30. Spend the rest of day free at your leisure. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel. 

Day 2 - Luang Prabang (B) 

Visit this city found on the left bank of the Mekong River. Previously a religious capital, Luang Prabang showcases more than 100 temples, considered amongst the most beautiful in Laos. In particular, you will discover: Vat Xieng Thong or Temple of the Royal City - a vast collection of sacred buildings and the most beautiful temple in the city. Vat May - built at the end of the 18th century, a capped sanctuary featuring a five sided roof surmounted by three parasols. Vat Visoun - the oldest temple in the city with its wooden windows inspired by the Khmer Temple of Vat Phou. Vat Aham - located just beside Vat Visoun, framed by two large Banyan trees. Vat Senna - the first monastery whose roof was to be covered with yellow and red tiles. At the end of the afternoon, climb Mount Phousi Mount to admire the sunset and then discover the H’mong Night Market on your way back to your hotel. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3 - Luang Prabang (B,L) 

Driving to the pier and embark on a beautiful traditional-style cruising boat to cruise along the Mekong until reaching Pak Ou Cave. Visit these sacred caves – also known as Tham Ting by many locals, which shelter hundreds of Buddha statuettes. The caves offer a splendid view of the Mekong. Return to Luang Prabang in the late morning. The remainder of day is free at your leisure. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel. 

Day 4 - Luang Prabang - Hanoi (B) 

In the morning, leave for Khuang Sy Waterfall on a return journey of around 50 miles. You will see villages and paddy fields all along the country road. Time is allocated to swim in the waterfalls (weather permitting) before you are transferred to airport for the flight to Hanoi. On arrival you wil be transferred to your hotel with the balance of the day then free. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 5 - Hanoi (B) 

Full day tour of Vietnam’s capital city, including Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (closed on Monday and Friday), the traditional stilt house and the restored One-Pillar Pagoda. After that, we continue driving to Vietnam’s first university - the thousand-year-old Temple of literature. In the afternoon, visit the Ethnology Museum (closed on Monday) and one of the most typical pagoda of Hanoi. In the evening, enjoy the traditional water puppet show. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel. Remark: Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum closes from 08 September to 08 November for annual maintenance. Easia Travel will arrange the visit outside. 

Day 6 - Hanoi - Halong Bay (B,L,D) 

In the morning, leave for Halong Bay passing through large rice fields in the Red River Delta and at noon arrive at Halong Bay. Board a beautiful wooden junk for an overnight cruise on Halong Bay with fresh seafood meals. Overnight on board.

Day 7 - Halong Bay - Hai Phong - Hoi An (B) 

You are advised to set the alarm clock to enjoy a spectacular dawn over the bay. After breakfast on board, return to the pier at noon and travel to Hai Phong Airport on a 2.5 hours drive for the brief flight to Danang. On your arrival, transfer to your hotel in Hoi An for check in. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 8 - Hoi An Surrounding - Hoi An town (B,L) 

Ride your bikes for about 1 hour in the Cam Thanh countryside to reach the locals’. You will be greeted with a welcome drink: rice tea.    In this peaceful setting, you will be able to observe and take part in the various stages of rice processing: husking the paddy grains (the rice still covered in its shell), pounding and bleaching. Try your hand at the tools and artisanal machines under the watchful and encouraging eyes of your teachers for the day. Finally, you will savour an excellent lunch of local specialities: Tam Huu (small skewers of pork and prawns, which are lovely to look at and eat…), rice pancakes, nems, soups and caramel pork. Return to Hoi An to visit Hoi An town, recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage site because of its unusually well-preserved ancient streets and homes. Set out to explore the quaint cobblestone streets of the town with more than two-century-old Chinese houses. Sites include the Japanese Bridge, the Chinese Temple, and Phung Hung Chinese-style trading house. Dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 9 - Hoi An - Hue (B) 

Spend the morning free at leisure and then in the early afternoon we will depart to Hue via the scenic Hai Van Pass to enjoy one of the most beautiful panoramas in Vietnam as you look out over the central coastline. You will also pass through the quiet, white sandy beach of Lang Co along the way. Arrive in Hue at the end of day. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 10 - Hue (B) 

In the morning, visit the city of Hue with the famous Imperial Citadel, which is located right on the bank of the Perfume River. Then continue with typical garden house of Hue city, which was built according to precise rules of geomancy. In the afternoon you will discover Tu Duc Mausoleum and Tu Hieu Pagoda. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 11 - Hue - Ho Chi Minh City (B) 

Today we will take a morning flight to Ho Chi Minh City - also known as "Saigon" by many locals. Transfer to the city and visit the ethnic Chinese district of Cho Lon with its market and Thien Hau Pagoda. We then drive to hotel for check in (Room is at disposal from 13.30). Following lunch time, visit some other historic landmarks of the city: the Old Saigon Post Office, Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Opera House and Dong Khoi Street. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 12 - Ho Chi Minh City - Mekong Delta - Ho Chi Minh City departure (B,L) 

Today we visit Ben Tre in the Mekong Delta. Upon arrival at Ben Tre town, take a motor boat trip around Ben Tre River with several stops to visit a brick kiln, coconut fruits processing facility and some families in Cai Son and the Thanh Nhon Channel who make sleeping mats. Enjoy fresh fruit and green tea while relaxing at a local house. Continue the trip by bicycle or by taking a motor cart passing by rice fields and vegetable plains. Lunch at a local house. In the afternoon, take a rowing-boat along small channels to a rice making workshop then visit an ancient house. Back to the main road in the late afternoon and be transferred directly to Ho Chi Minh Airport for your departure flight. Dinner on your own. End of services.

1. What should I do if I want to book a tour but cannot pay immediately?

When watching tour on the websites, if you want to book a tour but cannot pay immediately, you can definitely book that tour in advance. We would record the tour on our system. Then we will contact you via email to discuss payment issues. And you need to pay in advance 30% of the invoice value to ensure that you will use our service.

2. How do I know that my booking is confirmed?

After you have booked our tour, there will be an automatic email sent to your email which you used to book your tour. It is a confirmation of our company to notify that the booking process have been successfully stored. Within 2 working days, our representative will make a conversation with you via email or telephone call. The itinerary along with detailed information about your tour will be specified during this process.

3. What if I have special requirements for the tour?

In our online booking form, there would be a blank box which is offered to the visitor, who has special needs. It so called Special Requirements. By filling this blank, you will be ensured that our company would try our best to make you the most comfortable days without worrying anything.

4. The manner and method of payment?

Or for any reason that you cannot pay immediately, you can pay after successful booking confirmation. But you have to pay before the start of the tour at least 3 working days. Cancel A Tour: Deciding to cancel the tour, you will pay a cost to tour cancelling services. This cost will depend on many factors, which may change from time to time (for example, how long does the notice time in comparison with starting day of the tour...)

10. Can I make a reservation for my friends or my family members?

Yes, you can. If you are a person who pays for and participates in the tour, you won’t need to worry about this. In case you want to make a reservation for your friends or family members, you should follow our instruction. In other words, this means you pay for it but you don’t come along with the tour. In that case, we offer you a blank space which is “Customer information”. That is the name of a person who pays for the tour. Right below that space, there is “How can we contact you in Vietnam”. Please fill in the blank with any person that you intend to book a tour for.
After completing the payment procedure online, you will receive an email in which a form is attached. Then, you fill in the form with the personal information of your friends or family members. After that, we can acknowledge all the necessary information.
